01

Tactile Sensing

24 x 32 Matrix · 526 Points · 120 FPS

Full-palm high-density pressure sensor matrix with 526 effective touch points outputting normalized pressure values at 120 FPS, 4mm spatial resolution, accurately reproducing grasp force distribution.

02

EMF Pose Tracking

5 RX Modules · 6 DOF · ≤ 2mm

5 electromagnetic receivers on fingertips plus a dorsal module output full-hand 3D position and pose at 120 FPS, with ≤2mm position accuracy and <5° orientation accuracy.

03

IMU

6-Axis · 800 Hz · ±16g / ±2000°/s

Wrist-mounted 6-axis IMU samples acceleration and angular velocity at 800 Hz, providing precise motion reference for fast gestures and high-dynamic scenarios.

    Precision Engineering at a Glance

01

Glove Palm

Over 500 pressure sensors across the palm form a high-density tactile sensing array. Real-time capture and quantification of pressure changes during hand-object contact, generating high-resolution hand pressure distribution maps. Feedback on force distribution across different palm regions during grasping—whether light touch or firm grip, accurately reproducing the operator's interaction force.

02

Glove Dorsal

5 motion capture modules on each fingertip form a complete hand tracking network. Combined with the dorsal reference point and kinematic algorithms, the glove computes each finger's flexion angle, extension range, and overall palm spatial pose.

03

Data Acquisition Board

Harnesses from motion capture modules extend through protective sleeves to the acquisition board on the arm. LED indicators show glove status: green breathing for standby, green heartbeat for normal operation, blue for firmware operations, yellow for warnings, red for errors.
